Handbell Choirs – Adult and Youth
Handbells are a vibrant, fun, and exciting part of the music ministry at Mountain View! Our musical styles range from classical to contemporary musical arrangements.
Handbell Choir rehearses at Sunday at 5:00 pm.
At Mountain View, we believe in a broad approach to music with children. Our kids get to sing, play games, clap, move, and play instruments- all while learning about music and most importantly, God. Growth as a musician in church fosters a deep and lasting spiritual connection to God and encourages lifelong Christian musicianship- allowing us to praise God for generations to come. Sunday evenings is when our Crossfire Choir groups meet. Beginning at age three through fifth grade, all children are welcome! A light supper is served at 5:30 and group musical activities begin at 6:00.
The Crossfire Choir meets during the school year; and in addition to singing, they utilize chimes in their music.
Crossfire choir presents their work in worship periodically through the year.
